Selecting Sort by ZIP, under the Record menu, sorts your list sequentially by ZIP code. You can sort by a number of different international postal codes by selecting one of the countries listed under Preferences...., Edit menu.
Note: You must return to Alphabetize if you want to import or export lists or save or delete records.
When the list is displayed by ZIP code the menu option will toggle to “Alphabetize”.
